Technical specifications:
- High-quality technology is necessary for displaying images and videos with sound.
- Anders will be presenting from his own PC, which requires an HDMI cable and power.
- If needed, we can also send materials in advance for presenting from another computer
- Regardless, the opportunity for a technology test should be provided well in advance of the lecture.
- The material is produced in a 16:9 format.
- On-site, there must be a professional visual technician experienced in PC environment presentations, as well as a professional sound technician.
Misc:
- The lecture lasts app. 45 minutes with an optional subsequent Q&A session.
- The content is tailored for an audience not working in epidemiology or related fields. For occasions like these, we offer alternative lectures.
- The lecture can be conducted in Swedish or English, but we would like to know the preferred language well in advance.
- Travel and accommodation expenses will be additional unless it happens to coincide with Anders being in the vicinity.
- A secluded space before the lecture is appreciated. Something uncomplicated to eat depending on the time of day and a cup of drinkable coffee in addition.
- For clarification: no, there is no requirement for face masks or hand sanitizer. If someone is unwell, it’s better to stay home instead… but please do wash your hands!
